You can use this form to let us know if there will be more than one attendee from your company attending the same course, to help us estimate numbers. This also qualifies you for a course fee discount (see below).

Class spots will be reserved on a first come; first served basis based on date of receipt of request. No class spots are guaranteed until receipt of full tuition.

Tuition can be made by check payable to "Tharp & Young On Ice Cream" or by direct wire transfer of funds. Let us know you wish to wire transfer funds and we'll supply wire transfer instructions.

Once tuition payment is received, formal written confirmation of a class spot will be sent back to you.
